Automach is an engineering firm which, since its creation in 2007, has specialised in the design and manufacture of bespoke machinery for various sectors: automotive, aeronautical, electrical/electronic, rail, intralogistics and healthcare.
Automach Ingeniería offers comprehensive solutions from the initial concept through to on-site commissioning, covering mechanical design, automation, robotics, machine vision, machine safety and final validation to provide the customer with a productive, reliable, safe and maintainable solution.
With a workforce of 35 people, the team is one of the company’s key strengths, thanks to their technical expertise and the support they provide when launching a project: fine-tuning, improving or resolving issues.
Artificial intelligence applied to industrial processes, cybersecurity in production environments, advanced robotics and solutions adapted to new materials are some of the technologies they work with.
Automach Ingeniería is currently working on two major projects: one in the aerospace sector, which brings together various technologies such as automation, robotics, control systems, safety and highly specialised mechanical solutions; and another in the automotive sector, which reflects the direction in which the industry is heading. A machine vision application integrated with a robot, in which the system is capable of recognising the position and orientation and correcting the robot’s trajectory to place parts. As Automach Ingeniería vividly explains, “it’s almost like giving the robot eyes”.
