The Board of Directors of Robotekin, exercising the powers recognized in the statutes of the Association, has appointed a new General Manager. After the mandatory selection process, the decision has been taken to appoint Daniel Ruiz Corres, who officially holds the new position since April 7, 2025.
Ruiz Corres is an Industrial Engineer from the UPV/EHU, School of Engineering of Bilbao (ETSIB), specialized in energy systems and thermoeconomics. He has accumulated a decade of professional and proven experience in companies such as Análisis y Simulación, Altran, SMC and Vaillant Group. Among the objectives set out in his agenda for the coming months, the new General Manager will prioritize direct contact with member companies, continue to develop the lines of work established and framed in the Strategic Plan of the Association 2025-2027 and will work to further position the Basque robotics and automation ecosystem as an international benchmark.
