Based in Elgóibar (Gipuzkoa) and with an extraordinary career of 70 years of experience as a manufacturer of machine tools and production systems, the DANOBAT cooperative has just joined Robotekin as a partner, which undoubtedly represents a qualitative leap not only for the ‘expertisse’ that it will be able to transfer to the other members of the Association but also because it does so at a key moment for the Basque industry and for its own future.
The decision of DANOBAT to become part of this ecosystem coincides with the launch by this cooperative of an innovative range of precision robots (DMTR), with which it makes the leap into the robotics sector. Compared to other similar solutions, it offers three times the performance in terms of repeatability and accuracy, and is capable of following trajectories with three times the precision, opening doors to new ways of manufacturing and marking a before and after even in critical operations such as #drilling, #riveting, #threading, #complex #machining and #high-precision additive manufacturing.
