We continue to grow and underpin a fantastic start to the year. After the recent incorporations to the Robotekin ecosystem of companies such as Eurocybcar, Repair Robots, Seyce and the Parque Tecnológico de Euskadi, now the Mobility Lab Vitoria-Gasteiz Foundation, a joint initiative of the Provincial Council of Alava and the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz to promote innovation in #mobility and #logistics, two key economic sectors in Alava, has decided to follow in its footsteps.
At this critical time of change due to electrification, digitalization and sustainability, Mobility Lab wants to support companies in this field and help them to take advantage of the opportunity to be more competitive.
“The main reason for our adhesion to Robotekin is that some of our areas of experimentation have a lot in common with the work carried out by this hub and all that it represents. Drones, autonomous vehicles, robotic warehouses, etc. are still robotics applications that also have a lot to say in the fields of mobility and logistics”, said Iñigo Bilbao, manager of Mobility Lab. “For this reason -he adds-, and in order to coordinate and share synergies, we wanted to join the initiative, which also has the support of the Provincial Council of Alava and greatly facilitates the dialogue with all the companies in the sector in Alava”.
In this sense, one of the first actions that the Foundation itself has in mind is to put at the service of Robotekin and its Robotory a connected vehicle platform that is already physically present in this laboratory so that its partners can experiment with it.
Thank you for your trust and welcome!
