The automation, industrial robotics and Industry 4.0 sector has a date from 5 to 7 May at the Advanced Factories trade fair in Barcelona, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year.
Companies from the Robotekin ecosystem – Eurobots, Vector 0 Metrología, Kuka, Schunk and Dobot (collaborating member) – will be attending the event with a stand to showcase their products and services. They will not be the only ones participating in and/or attending this event, which will also host a conference, seminars, meetings, technology tours and a NEXT-GEN Industry Talent initiative.
Representatives from our partners, such as Tekniker and Eurobots, will take part in this latest initiative, which aims to bring the industrial sector closer to new generations of technical talent by showcasing real-life experiences and inspiring career paths.
Under the title ‘Industry First-Hand’, which will take place on 7 May from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm, they will take part in a talk lasting approximately 15 minutes, during which they will share their career paths, how they got to where they are today, and what their work involves.
The Advanced Factories trade fair is one of the most important industrial trade fairs in southern Europe, which is why Robotekin has chosen to support it this year as a Supporting Partner, to raise awareness amongst our members of the opportunities offered by this event and to facilitate their attendance.
Robotekin’s director, Leire Balzategi, will attend Advanced Factories to visit the members’ stands, attend the NEXT-GEN Industry Talent event, tour the rest of the exhibition areas, and hold a meeting on 7 May with members attending with stands or as visitors, including Automach, Ingemat and EHU, who have already confirmed their attendance.
